This self-serve capability provides fast resolutions without retail store visits, sending phones out for repair, or engaging call center resources. As a result, customer satisfaction increases while repair-associated costs drastically decrease.
Common trouble areas tested by this app include:

This app is intended for Cellebrite customers only and requires a dedicated code.
