Cente Agent

This application is built for both customers and agents of Centenary bank.

AGENT
A centenary bank agent is a commercial entity that has been contracted by the bank and approved to provide the selected services on behalf of the bank through this application. The agent is equipped with skills necessary to provide the selected banking services on this application according to standards set by Centenary Bank.

Through this application, agents are able to perform the following selected services. These include;
Open customer accounts,
make cash withdraws and deposits,
make loan requests
pay taxes, utility bills, school fees or a bank loan,
perform balance inquiries,
provide bank statements

For an agent to be activated, one needs to visit the nearest centenary branch.


CUSTOMER
Centenary bank customers are able through this app to make balance inquiries, to make fund transfers, to pay utilities, taxes, school fees or loans.

For a customer to be activated, please follow these instructions
1) Install this application
2) On the "Start Activation" screen, click 'Request Pin'
3) Enter your phone number, account number, ATM PIN, and the ATM PAN number which is a number located at the lower left of your ATM card.
4) Upon activation, you will receive your pin through sms.
5) Go back to the "Start activation" screen, enter your phone number
