HLIs are able to attract, recruit and retain the best talent especially from the industry practitioners by having multi-track career pathways.
• Quadruple:
HLIs can move from academia operating in isolation to the quadruple helix of academia, industry, government and local communities coming together in partnership for incubation, development and commercialization of ideas.
