Cestovní ruch 2012 APPLICATION description
Ze statistického hlediska je možné výkonnost odvětví cestovního ruchu v České republice za rok 2012 hodnotit spíše jako období dalšího oživení, avšak ne všechny výkonnostní parametry odvětví se
podařilo dostat na předkrizovou úroveň roku 2007. Dopady celé řady úsporných opatření aplikovaných jak v České republice, tak na některých důležitých zdrojových trzích se projevily zejména ve
stagnujících příjmech cestovního ruchu. Lze očekávat, že se tato skutečnost nezmění ani v budoucnu, neboť je plně v souladu s trendem zkracujících se dovolených. Můžeme však zmínit, důležité aktivity
za rok 2012, které MMR ČR podniklo k vytvoření lepších podmínek v oblasti cestovního ruchu, jakými jsou: tvorba nové Koncepce státní politiky cestovního ruchu na období 2014 - 2020, která byla
připravována společně s Marketingovou koncepcí cestovního ruchu na období 2013 - 2020 agentury CzechTourism. Nová politika je s ohledem na uplatnění celé řady inovativních přístupů k podpoře
cestovního ruchu příslibem pro další období, které bude spojené s možností využívání finančních prostředků na podporu cestovního ruchu v dalším programovém období Evropské unie. Dále pak můžeme
zmínit přípravy na novelizaci zákona č. 159/1999 Sb., u něhož se ukázalo nutné zpřesnit definice některých ustanovení tohoto zákona tak, aby zůstala i nadále zachována odpovídající ochrana
spotřebitele. Z dalších aktivit je možné zmínit pokračování tvorby Českého systému kvality služeb, jako nástroje umožňujícího subjektům působícím v cestovním ruchu zkvalitňovat své služby a realizaci
několika plošných statistických sčítání cestovního ruchu, kdy zejména cenzus v oblasti ubytovacích zařízení s sebou přinesl první velmi zajímavé výsledky. Úspěšně lze hodnotit i další pokračování
Národního programu podpory cestovního ruchu, prostřednictvím kterého byly již potřetí podporovány konkrétní projekty v oblasti sociálního cestovního ruchu.

tourism sector, activities related to drafting of concepts, legal regulation and international co-operation in the field of tourism. These activities are either of an administrative nature which
derives from the powers of the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic being the central state administration authority, or they focus on specific measures supporting tourism
development in the Czech Republic.

From a statistical point of view, it is possible the performance of the tourism sector in the Czech Republic in 2012 to evaluate more like the next period of recovery, but not all of the
performance characteristics of the sector managed to reach the pre-crisis level of 2007. The impacts of a number of austerity measures applied as the Czech Republic and some important source markets
was reflected in the stagnant incomes of tourism. It is expected that this fact will not change in the future, since it is fully in line with the trend of increasingly shorter holidays. However, we
may mention the important activities for the year 2012 which MRD undertaken to better conditions in the tourism industry, such as: the rethinking of national tourism policy for the period 2014-2020,
which was prepared in conjunction with the marketing concept of tourism for the period 2013 - 2020 CzechTourism agency. The new policy is with regard to the application of a wide range of innovative
approaches to the promotion of tourism promise for the future, which will be associated with use of funds to promote tourism in the next programming period of the European Union. Furthermore, we can
mention the preparation of amendments to the Act No. 159/1999 Coll., In which it has proved necessary to refine the definition of certain provisions of this Act so as to remain and continue to ensure
adequate consumer protection. Among other activities, it is possible to mention the continued work of the Czech system of service quality as an instrument for the operators in the tourism industry to
improve its services and the implementation of several printed statistical aggregation of tourism, especially when the census of accommodation establishments has brought a first, very interesting
results. I can successfully evaluate the continuation of the National Tourism Support Programme, through which a third were already supported specific projects in the field of social tourism.
