Checkout Sidekick

Checkout Sidekick provides a simple, easy to use point of sale application targeted towards small shop owners, yard sales, etc... An integrated database manages a list of items which may be added to a transaction with the integrated bar code scanner or items may also be manually entered in to the device. Once a transaction is complete, an e-receipt is generated and may optionally be sent to your customer. Reports may also be generated by the application to determine sales over a given period of time.

The content of the e-receipt may be customized with a header and trailer to enable you to include details such as name, address, etc.. in the generated receipt. If the phone or tablet is outside of network coverage, e-mails will be held until the device is in range to send the e-mail.
