Chiamabus ATM APPLICATION description
ChiamaBus is ATM's app that allows you to book on-demand bus transportation
ChiamaBus does not follow pre-established routes like regular buses. It takes you from the departure to the arrival bus stop directly, without changing vehicles. The buses can be recognized by their yellow color.
You can book your ride using the app or on the phone, up to half an hour in advance.
Choose your desired departure, arrival, and time. The app suggests the best route with ChiamaBus, or, if it exists, an itinerary with regular buses. If all seats are booked you can enter the waiting list and be notified via SMS up to 24 hours in advance.
Using the app you can:
• book from 7 days up to half an hour before your trip
• view your booked trips in the calendar
• add companions and indicate whether the trip is for a person in a wheelchair
• modify or cancel the reservations
• set a recurring trip on multiple days
• view the public transport buses in the area covered by the service
