The chikungunya flies very fast so you have to use your reflections very well to be able to kill the mosquitoes.

You always have 15 swatter smasher available. So use it smart to smash all those annoying mosquitoes. To smash a mosquito simply tap on it.

Bug spray is only available randomly during the game while they fly.

There is also a random clock that appears that gives you extra time during fly.
There is a random swatter that appear also thus more chances to kill or smash mosquito.
You only have 60 seconds, so try smash and kill mosquitoes as fast as you can and as much as possible.
