ChitBook is Chit tracking software to help book keeping, reporting, reminder, online auction and also helps to improve transparency and convenience for both Chit Organizer/Foreman and their Subscribers.
ChitBook is a Chit Fund tracking application ONLY. We are NOT a chit fund company; we do NOT offer any chits Directly or Indirectly.
No employee of our company Offer / Promote / Conduct any Chits.
We have no relationship / partnerships / tie-ups/agreement with any Chit Fund company / Organizer / Foreman.
Entire responsibility of commencing, conducting and closing a Chit is the whole and sole responsibility of the Chit Fund Company / Foreman also called as Organizer.
Privacy and Data protection is our highest priority. We believe in quality Service.
As an Organizer / Foreman:
Need to adhere to all the applicable acts, laws, rules and regulations set by concerned authorities. Be transparent to the subscribers, explain the rules and regulations, always ensure Chit Agreements are in place between you and your subscribers. You are solely and wholly liable for your chit fund business. We are not liable for any financial or any other loss or gain you may make while you conduct chit business.
As a Member / Subscriber:
Do ensure you are satisfied with all the terms, conditions, rules and regulations between you and your organizer. It is your sole responsible decision whether to participate in a chit or not. It is your responsibility to ensure Chit Agreements are in place as per your mutual agreement. Participate with only known, trusted Organizers. We are not liable for any financial loss or gain you may make while you participate in Chits. It is whole and sole your responsibility.
ChitBook helps both the Organizers, Subscribers to track their Chits (ChitFunds) with a greater convenience and transparency of their Chit Group(Also called as Chit Fund).
