Mobile Application for the Management of Conferences
SmartCongress is a mobile application designed and developped by SET (Society and .Education Technologies). Its aims to effectively and efficiently manage all the processes related to any type of conference (academic, economic or socio-political conferences). Associated to a Web Service, both services were developed in response to difficulties encountered during the organisation of conferences.
The main features are:
• Ad management (key communications and dates of a conference);
• Online pre-registration and registration;
• Management of paper submissions and other documents;
• Management of paper reviewing process and interactions among stakeholders (editorial board, reviewers, participants);
• Coherent management of session scheduling;
• Access to the conference program via a mobile application;
• Optimal management of presentations on the congress site.
