All you need to do is just install Clap for Flash, run it and turn on the option to run in background. Clap for Flash also provides the functionality to set the timer. It would automatically stop working in the background once that time is expired.

If you don’t want to turn on the flashlight then you can simply open the application and turn off the option "run in background". Whereas if you want Clap for Flash to run in background forever then simply select the option "forever" from the dropdown menu.
