CLASSOFT Mobile Manager APPLICATION description

Aplicatia "Classoft Mobile Manager", noua componenta portabila a pachetului ClassoftSQL ERP, este destinata managerilor si contabililor care vor sa primeasca informatii in timp real din sistemul integrat, direct pe telefonul mobil sau tableta .
Se pot obtine instant informatii privind soldurile clientilor si furnizorilor , respectiv balante contabile pe 12 luni cu reprezentare valorica si grafica a datelor ( optiunea echivalenta a situatiei spicuire conturi din ClassoftSQL ERP).
In urma consultarii soldurilor tertilor, care poate fi globala sau la nivel de factura, apeland butonul "Info", aplicatia poate prelua atat informatiile generale despre tertul selectat cat si numarul de mobil de contact al societatii, pe care il poate apela automat, fara sa mai fie nevoie introducerea numarului de telefon manual.
"Classoft Mobile Manager" poate fi instalat extrem de usor pe smartphone-uri si tablete care ruleaza sistemul de operare Android. Aplicatia se conecteza online la serverul SQL al firmei. Pentru conectarea la baza de date, serverul SQL trebuie sa fie configurat pentru lucru online (IP public fix, portul 1433 deschis si configurat din router).
Aplicatia poate memora datele de conectare de la ultimele logari, optiune deosebit de utila contabililor, care astfel se pot conecta succesiv la mai multe societati .
Pentru exemplificare CLASSOFT va pune la dispozitie o baza de date SQL gata configurata pentru lucru online , parametrii de conectare sunt :

The 'Classoft Mobile Manager' aplication, the new portable component of ClassoftSQL ERP package, is destinated to managers and accountants who want to receive information in real time from the integrated system, directly on the mobile phone or on the tablet.
It can be obtained instant information regarding clients' and manufacturers' debts, and also the bookkepping balance for 12 months with valoric and graphic representation of the information (option which is equivalent to the situation 'culling accounts' from ClassoftSQL ERP aplication).
After consulting thirds' debts, which can be either global or referring to a specific invoice, accessing the 'Info' button, the aplication can take over both general information about the selected third and the mobile number which can be dialed automaticaly, without being necessary to introduce the number manually.
'Classoft Mobile Manager' can be very easily instaled on smartphones and tablets with Android operation system. The aplication connects online to the company's SQL server. In order to connect to database, the SQL server must be configured for the online working(public and fix IP, port 1433 opened and configured from router).
The aplication can memorise the connecting information from last logins, option extremely usefull for accountants, which can this way connect successively to more societies.
