You can use the training exercises that already appear in the application, you can modify or add new climbing exercises to use in your training sessions.
Create training sessions/routines according to your needs or weak spots, use exercises to increase maximum strength, power, endurance, etc, so that your workouts follow a method and system.
For time-based climbing exercises, such as suspensions (pyramids will be added in next version), the app counts set times and rest times automatically, making a sound at the end of each period to make carrying out this type of exercises much easier.
Copy your previous climbing workouts that you want to repeat quickly and easily, or generate automatic workout sessions based on your climber level and type of workout you want to do (this function is very complicated and ambitious and is continuously being improved so please be patient).
Graphical queryes provide you with quick information about your climbing training and how to improve.
