CLT das Leis Trabalhistas

A CLT, Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho, foi criada por meio do Decreto-Lei nº 5.452, de 01 de maio de 1943, e dispõe sobre o Direito do Trabalho e o Direito Processual do Trabalho. Essa Lei visa à regulamentação das relações individuais e coletivas do trabalho, nela previstas. Aquele que é regido pela CLT é denominado celetista, ou seja, trabalha com registro de carteira de trabalho, assinada pelo empregador. CLT, Consolidation of Labor Laws, was created by Decree-Law No. 5,452, of May 1, 1943, and deals with the Labor Law and Procedural Law of Labor. This law aims at regulation of individual and collective labor relations, therein. One that is governed by CLT CLT is called, that is, working with working papers record, signed by the employer.
