The COER campus, situated on NH-58, just 7 km from Roorkee offers an enchanting site with 75 acres of lush green pollution free environment. Affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun and recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), the campus provides an enchanting site on the busy highway that catches the eye of every passer-by.
The COER campus is meticulously constructed. The infrastructure and the academicians are providing the best of inputs for education and extra-curricular activities. The campus is perfectly built up with various sections including fully facilitated class-rooms, Laboratories, Computer Centre, Library, Hostels, Auditorium, and Student Centre as well as Sports Complex.

To impart education based on moral values as well as on latest knowledge, analytical skills, management competence and innovative and initiating approach to render quality service through advanced methods of Training, Research and Strong Institute-Industry interface.
OBJECTIVES
1. To produce technical professionals abreast with competencies, mind-set and ethical values synchronous with the futuristics requirements of global business scenario so as to strnghten the national economy.
2. To design, develop and implement curricula of various programmes using dynamic and responsive processes, in tune with the needs of the global industry and economy.
3. To ensure an environment where students, faculty and staff are encouraged to enhance their intellectual curiosity and improve their technical and professional skills through Continuous Development Programmes.
4. To accelerate its research programme in various fields to cope up with growing demands of both industry and academia.
QUALITY POLICY
