How does it work?

• When you sign up, you generate strong encryption keys on your device.
• Keys are protected with a password (using PBKDF2), so even if someone has your device, they'll have limited or no access.
• Each message and file is encrypted before it leaves your device, so it's unreadable by anyone else.
• All messages/files are encrypted with the participants' keys, so no one else can read them (using strong AES-256 GCM encryption).
• Adding your device to an existing account generates new unique keys, and securely transfers other keys at the time of creation, allowing you to use the same account on multiple devices.
• Once invited, joining an organization generates encryption keys just for that org, preventing the org from accessing your personal chats.
