NOTE: ConnectUS is currently in ALPHA testing. Complete stability is not guaranteed, and features may be added/removed quickly and without notice.
ConnectUS is designed to function as your personal roadmap on the path to citzenship. Get information on each step of the process, and keep track of your progress as you get closer to your goal.
If you're looking for extra help on a particular step, it's easy to find friends that are willing to help. Refine your search by language or country of origin to find others who may have had experiences very similar to your own. Or, offer help yourself to someone in need. The advantage of ConnectUS lies in its ability to bring together users who are at all different steps in the citizenship process, thereby crowdsourcing the information that applicants need to find.
ConnectUS was designed as part of the Mobile Application Development class, 21W.789, offered at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the Spring of 2015. It is currently undergoing initial user testing. The current vicious development cycle can (and should) be expected to lead to many major feature and interface changes, in rapid succession. As of June 2015, further updates will be made independent of the Institute, and the application will become property of the original developer(s).
