Contoh Test SDM PKH 2017/2018 APPLICATION description
Dalam rekrutmen pendamping PKH ini, Kemensos membutuhkan sebanyak 16.092 tenaga baru. Jumlah sebanyak ini diperlukan untuk menambah tenaga yang ada sekarang sehingga dapat mengimbangi penambahan 4
juta peserta PKH.
“Peran pendamping sangat vital karena menentukan keberhasilan program PKH di masyarakat,” ungkap Dirjen Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial (Linjamsos) Kementerian Sosial, Harry Hikmat, Jumat (6/10/2017).
Rekrutmen 16.092 orang pendamping tersebut terdiri dari Pekerja Sosial Supervisor sebanyak 877 orang, Pendamping Sosial sebanyak 12.214 orang, Pendamping Sosial PKH Akses 2.013 orang, Asisten Pendamping sebanyak 172 orang bagi TKSK, Administrator Database 607 orang.
Selain itu, Kemensos juga akan merekrut koordinator kabupaten/kota sebanyak 193 orang dan koordinator wilayah sebanyak 9 orang serta 7 orang koordinator regional.
Melihat syarat yang ditentukan, pelamar Pendamping Sosial diharuskan memiliki pendidikan terendah Diploma IV/ S1 pada rumpun ilmu-ilmu sosial, diutamakan jurusan Pekerjaan Sosial/Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial.
Sementara itu, persyaratan untuk Pekerja Sosial Supervisor hanya untuk pendidikan terendah Diploma IV/ S1 Ilmu Pekerjaan Sosial/ Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial.
Tak hanya untuk pelamar dengan kualifikasi Diploma dan Sarjana, lowongan pendamping PKS Kemensos 2017 ini membutuhkan peserta kualifikasi SMA. Jabatan Pendamping Sosial PKH Akses dengan kuota 2.013 orang mensyaratkan pendidikan minimal SMA dengan mengutamakan lulusan SMK Pekerjaan Sosial.
