Sergio, Eleonora e i figli Alice e Christian sono il cuore dell‘Azienda Agricola Salzani.
L’azienda, nata del 1969 come allevamento rurale di polli, faraone, capponi e galline, si dedica oggi anche alla coltivazione di diverse varietà di verdura e frutta di stagione (come le pluripremiate pesche bianche) e alla produzione di uve da tavola e da vino.
Nel 2011 inaugura poi l’ agriturismo "Corte Le Faraone".
La struttura offre ristorazione fredda e propone tanti prodotti freschi, artigianali e tipici. Crostini arlecchino e gras pistà, taglieri di salumi o formaggi con agrodolci o mostarda, melone con culatello, ricche macedonie, gelato artigianale e tanto altro.
A Roverbella, nel nostro spaccio aziendale, potrete acquistare prodotti dell'azienda, come frutta e verdura a km0, agrodolci, confetture, mostarde, uova e vino Merlot e Lambrusco.
