The application lets you choose from a variety of standard Android resolutions to get the perfect wallpaper size for your phone. It can scale the wallpaper to fit your screen and lets you adjust the amount of scrolling on the wallpaper when you move between home screens.
It is a simple Live Wallpaper and does not drain battery or hurt your phone's performance since it draws the wallpaper the same way Android would draw it's wallpaper!
