Instructions for Ice Cream Sandwich(4.0) or Later
1. Open CrossFit Daily Wod Widget.
2. Select the boxes that you wish to see within the widget.
3. Uncheck notify if you do not wish to be notified about new WODs from those boxes.
4. Add the widget to your desktop.
*Optional* Long press on the widget and drag the widget to the proper size
5. Press the Prev and Next buttons to cycle through Boxes!
