When you tell your watch to "Start Next Dart" it will determine your location and get the trains running through your nearest DART station for the next 90 minutes.
The DART is the Dublin Area Rapid Transit system, this app sources it's realtime information from the Irish Rail Realtime Api: http://api.irishrail.ie/realtime/
This application now supports the entire Irish Rail network and should work all across Ireland.
