ddPal

ddPal is an application designed to make designated and sober driving much simpler with a custom rideQueue built for sober and designated drivers.

ddPal allows you to import contacts into the rideQueue or if they are not in your contacts, allows you to create custom entries to add.

Once a ride is added to the rideQueue, the application user is then given the option to call the person in need of the ride, send a message to the person letting them know their ride is awaiting them, move the ride up a space in the queue, or to delete the ride if it has been completed or is no longer needed.

The Cop Tracker is a message board that allows people in the area to notify other users of ddPal where the nearest law enforcement officer is in case of an emergency that involves the police. Users enter messages in the Cop Tracker chatroom to let other drivers know important information for the night that they are driving. The Cop Tracker chatroom is cleared daily for organization and ease.

ddPal takes all the hassle out of remembering names, switching between your text, phone, and contacts applications, and keeps your ride order up-to-date in a neat and orderly fashion.

ddPal is designed with students in mind and should only be used by a passenger or when the car is not in motion. Mobile phones should never be used while operating a vehicle.
