① Create room and invite friends.

○ Drank more than 12 cups of water.
○ Slept 7 hours of sleep.
○ Did not drink alcohol, soda, coffee with sugar
○ Did not skip a meal and ate a little more than usual.
○ Ate vegetables and fruits.
○ After dinner, I did not eat anything.
○ The reduced body weight.
