Features include:
▸24-hour format or AM/PM (without leading zero - based on phone settings).
▸Heart rate display with a red flashing background for extremes. Can be turned off or replaced with a custom complication. Select empty to restore the heart rate display or leave completely empty if heart rate is set to off.
▸ Steps count. Distance measurements are displayed in kilometers or miles. Important: If you set your mobile phone's default language to English USA, the watch will display miles. For ALL other languages (e.g., English UK), it will show kilometers. Steps display swaps every 2 seconds between step count , distance covered in miles or kilometers (depending on the selected language) and Calories burned. You can set your step target using the health app.
