5) See Summary of Points Earned via a Personal Karma Meter and also the Kind of Life You are Leading based on the Points you earned.
6) Set/Reset Reminders of hourly/daily/weekl frequency so that you are alert.
7) export Spreadsheet (CSV) format dump of your DONT DOs

Just not doing something can save a relationship, job, hospital visit or even your bank balance. So Not Doing somethings are important than Doing things!
