Protestants-christelijke basisschool
CBS Dr. Picardt is een protestants-christelijke basisschool waar iedereen welkom is.
We geven dagelijks inhoud aan het christelijke karakter van onze school. Wij doen dat in de wetenschap en verwachting dat ouders dit onderschrijven of daarmee instemmen.
Afgestemd op de ontwikkeling van kinderen
De ontwikkeling van de kinderen is de basis voor de afstemming van het onderwijs. We zorgen voor een ononderbroken leerontwikkeling door de hele basisschooltijd heen.
We besteden veel aandacht aan taal, rekenen en lezen. Met.behulp van moderne methoden leggen we een degelijk kennisfundament. Mochten er problemen zijn op het gebied van taal of lezen, dan hebben we op school een voorziening voor logopedie. De professioneel ingerichte praktijk behandelt daarnaast nog andere problematiek, klik hier voor meer informatie.
Natuurlijk is er ook ruimte voor de creatieve, sociaal-emotionele en lichamelijke ontwikkeling .Voor de sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling gebruiken we het programma Rots & Water.
Fijne en veilige leeromgeving voor iedereen
We bieden een fijne en veilige leeromgeving, waarin kinderen, ouders en leerkrachten zich thuis voelen. We zijn alert op discriminatie en pesten en werken aan het voorkomen hiervan.
Met plezier naar school
Het is belangrijk dat kinderen met plezier naar school gaan. We werken aan hun zelfvertrouwen, we leren hen voor zichzelf op komen en rekening te houden met anderen. We stimuleren de zelfstandigheid en leren wat eigen verantwoordelijkheid is. De leerkracht werkt bewust aan een goede sfeer in de groep, zodat kinderen de mogelijkheid hebben zich optimaal te ontwikkelen.

Dr. CBS. Picardt is a Protestant school where everyone is welcome.
We provide daily content to the Christian character of our school. We do so in the knowledge and expectation that the parents endorse or agree.
Geared to children's development
The development of the children is the basis for the coordination of education. We provide a continuous learning development throughout the school over time.
We pay close attention to language, math and reading. Met.behulp of modern methods we lay a solid knowledge foundation. If there are problems in the area of language or reading, then we have a provision in school for speech therapy. Of course there is also room for the creative, social-emotional and physical development. For the socio-emotional development we use the Rock & Water program.
