e-Sailor - Electronic Sailor Portal

The electronic services portal was created for comfortable viewing of your own documents, status, receiving messages and convenient access to the self-service system.

In the e-Sailor's personal account you can:

- add your own documents to the self-service system;
- submit an application form for the registration of a seafarer's record book;
- view the status of the application and monitor the application processing process in real time.

You can order a seafarer's record book, and be able to order a postal service to the nearest branch or courier delivery.

In the digital account of the sailor, students of maritime training institutions, holders of a working sailor diploma and certified ship personnel can:

- submit an application form for new or extension of existing seafarer's documents;
- send an application for renewal of the passport in case of loss or damage of the seafarer's identity card;
- remotely verify the validity of the basic seafarer's identity document, including the expiry date of the seafarer's passport.
