e-Wadul is a term used for a reporting system that is supported by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the system works by collecting all data sources from the public like a complaint, information or other things that the city government can give actions quickly because almost all the information is processed electronically to a centralized database.
To further facilitate the communication between the community and the Government or a Government to Citizen (G2C) required a medium of communication that is practical and appropriate, in this case required the presence of a mobile based application that can be used by people to communicate with the Government.
