Cashout General Conditions:

☞User can only make a request when cashout threshold reaches to its limit.
☞Once a request is made it cannot be undone.
☞Can take one week to process request.
☞ User can get cash which can take more then 14 days(Except Friday and saturday)

Cashout Threshold :
☞1000 efm = $0.60 cash pay.


Cashout general policy:
✓10% charges may(bdt) applicable for cash out, depending on cash out method.

✓ For cashout user need to provide there cash pay information which is 100% safe with us.

✓ We need to collect this information for cash pay and making sure of pay cash.

✓Once a request is made,it can not be undone.

✓ Every friday and saturday no cash out will be processed but user can make cash out request.

✓ User can request cash out anytime when payout threshold reaches but 2 (15 days after) times in a month"

✓ For mobile recharge we need to collect user personal phone number or user provided number which is only for ensuring service.

The image content we collect only limit to user; we do not use any of data to our self purpose.

Cash out data:

Device Id:

In order to provide one Id service we need to collect device id which is limit to only detect user and provide one id service.

None refund/Cash out policy:

✓ If any kind of hacking, cracking or spamming activity detected in any account, user will be blocked permanently and no refund will be paid.
