Easy Fit APPLICATION description
This app provides ten daily exercises/warm ups.I min long & 10 sec breaks.
This app has ten exercises that are 1 minute long each. In between each exercise is a 10 seconds break.
If these exercises are done on a daily basis, the user will be able to become fit, and stay fit. The exercises are chosen to serve as a pre-game warm-up, or a daily routine.
I have made it especially easy to use by adding vibrations and voice prompts. As you near the end of an exercise or break, the voice prompts will alert you and update you on your next exercise. The vibrations will take place during the voice prompts to insure the user is aware of the updates. During the exercises, if the user is feeling tired or needs to longer break, they are able to pause their progress, and resume when they are ready.
