* Upload your voice mails into One drive / Sky drive for your CSR crew to work on it
* Upload the SMS received to your phone to One drive / Sky Drive
* Set the number of CSR people working on the voice mails

Example:
For 10 users the app creates folders 1 -10 and places the voice mails into those folders in a round robin fashion.
Now You can assign shared access to these folders for each CSR User using one drive app (Feature not included in our app but available in the One drive / Sky Drive Mobile app ).
