Eat 'n Run APPLICATION description
This application's objective is to make you aware of the consumption and disposal of food products called "extras" to your daily energy needs. The calculation formula is based on what you have eaten as "extras" calculated in Kilojoules and elimination of this total by physical exercise.
In effort, the body expends a lot of energy, this energy comes from what we eat. Three regular meals a day gives you the suiffant energy amount for an active day. However, sometimes we eat "extras" between meals : chocolate, sugary drinks, chips, ice cream, alcohol,... This application allows you to visualise the excess energy that those little "extras" represents, and to evaluate the physical exercice that the body should do to eliminate those "extras".
Of course, it's not just about a simple calculation of energy expenditure, we must be careful about what we eat and try to eat as healthy as possible.
