eBasta Mobile

eBasta is an initiative from the Indian government to provide a common platform/framework to make school books accessible in digital form as e-books to be read and used on tablets and laptops.

eBasta brings together three categories of stakeholders: the publisher, the school and the students. It provides them with the following primary functionalities.

1) Students Identify bastas of interest and download
2) School/Teachers Browse content, pick what suits, organise into bastas
3) Publishers upload & manage content in the portal

eBasta Mobile provides easy and direct way to access the portal on mobile without going to browser and type in the url.
Apart from portal access eBasta provides various video tutorials to understand and learn the eBasta.
