업데이트 하신 후 휴대폰 기기에 다음과 같은 방법으로 데이터 초기화를 하신 후 전원을 다시 한번 켜주시기를 권합니다.
1. 먼저 고객님 마이렉쳐에서 배터리잔량 표시 아래에 ‘편집’이라는 글자가 있습니다.
이 글자를 탭하시면 1일과 2일의 음원을 지울 수 있습니다.
2. 데이터 지우기를 합니다.
☞ Samsung mobile: 환경설정 >응용프로그램>해당 앱>데이터 지우기
☞ LG mobile: 설정>애플리케이션>애플리케이션 관리>해당 앱>데이터 지우기
3. 모바일 기기를 재부팅합니다.
