The solution takes the form of a digital or web application that integrates systems and optimises transactions.

The eGangaa® Field Agent app is a handy tool for field agents of suppliers to raise and cancel orders on behalf of pharmacies (which may/may not be on the eGangaa platform) and generate invoices dynamically (based on urgency and without an explicit order process from the pharmacy) at the time of drug delivery.
