This app requires a membership and is free to those who have a current membership to the Elite community.
The Elite community comprises people who train at our studios or have one of our home, gym or hotel results packages.

Our Personal Trainers will devise you a fitness programme specific to you wherever you are in the world even with limited to no equipment.

With this App, you will be held accountable with exercise programmes that you have to check out when complete, bespoke nutritional plans and it even will schedule everything into your very own calendar. This is designed to really hold you accountable not just another app with lots of exercises. You have personal trainers with decades of experience building your plans.

NUTRITION - The biggest take away is the nutritional component, from experience we know this is the area you need help with the most. It takes away the pain of having to think about what to eat. Done for you nutritional plans with the ability to log all your nutrients for a complete (macros) breakdown.

PROGRAMMING - You can view your personal programme, including video demonstrations. You and your coach can then track your progress in real time.

COACH - Your coach will be able to view your progress, make adjustments, set you targets and communicate with you directly through your app. You can ask your coaches for tips and advice via our messenger function.

BODY STAT ANALYSIS - Keep track of your very own stats (weight and other body metrics) for motivation and encouragement.

CLASS BOOKINGS - View, book and review your classes directly through your app.

DAILY FITNESS ACTIVITY: Keep track of your daily activity via our app.

CHALLENGES - keep yourself motivated with the Elite badges. A good way to spice things up and challenge yourself against you or others.

PROGRAMMES - Your personal training programme comes with state of the art exercise 3D demonstrations. You can have your programmes built for you by our Elite expert trainers or you can build you own.

Schedule - Check class schedules, personal training appointments and club events. You will be able to book cancel and amend in the comfort of your own home with the controls at your fingertips.

NEWS - You’ll be kept up to date with the latest news at your club. Class updates, new services and products, social events, challenges and much more can be viewed directly through the app.
