downloads data base files from the internet, neither asks
for money, with in App purchases within the application.

With every translation you also have the option to listen
the pronunciation of every translated word in English
As well as Deutsch Language.

Notes:

1. In order to listen the translation in German or English languages, your
telephone or tablet must have the TTS (TextToSpeech) functionality enabled
for each language.

2. This dictionary is not a translator of documents or paragraphs,
it is only a basic dictionary for individual words, which
you can use to learn new verbs and words in German or
