EVOK MOBILE APPLICATION description
Everyday work of professionals who provide services to individual clients was the foundation of this web based app. Time consuming keeping of paper records directly influenced decrease in their level
of service, and demanded a serious improvement. This led to development of this efficient and complete software solution which is easily adjusted and personalized for any tipe of service providing.
Potential users are phsycians, physical therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, massage therapists, etc.
Most important feature of this solution is thae each expert user can fully personalize all categories that he monitors, he can add various tests and questionares as tools of his everyday work and create reports that can be available to his services users. Our idea is not to force people to use predefined elements, but to allow complete freedom in creating personalized elements. This enables endless combinations for statistical reporting which is maybe the most valuablepart of this software solution.
Our focus in development of this app was also on people who are end users of various services. They recive their access data from the expert whose services they use, and have all the neccessary information at hand at all times. They can track all the services, comunicate with service providers, which contributes to higher level of end customer satisfaction.
The app consits of following modules:
1) Patients
Module where all institutions that use EVOK create a base of patients with all relevant data, such as: basic data, contact information, contact persons (for children or senior citizens), specific expert data (personalized for each expert), documents (possibility of upload).
2) Work process
The most important module where experts record all elements of their work. They input areas of expertise, categories, list of daily activities with charts, schedules, tests and questionnaires, documents.
3) Archive
Module in which different experts within one institution can see all work processes for each patient without possibility of editing and deleting. It’s a very transparent and quick way to view all information crucial for work of experts, without using a single sheet of paper.
4) Statistics
Efficient and versatile module which enables creation of various statistical reports and charts. Every expert can define his own report based on available data. Reports can be exported to different file formats for later use in presentations and/or scientific papers.
5) Calendar
It’s a module where experts can schedule their appointments with patients, or other business and private obligations such as business meetings, professional educations, vacations and absences. Calendar can be shown in daily, weekly or monthly format.
6) Administration
Module that defines all elements in the structure of an institution that uses this app. All information about its departments, list of professions and list of employees with theit access data is created here. For institutions that provide medical care list of drugs or medical equipement can be created.

By making the end users of services equal participants in the use of this app we enable them to communicate with service provides, schedule appointments, seek advice and consultations. At the same time, through this module experts provide higher level of service, save time and reduce costs of missed appointments.
