STEPS TO E-FILE YOUR FORM 2290 WITH EXPRESSTRUCKTAX APP
STEP 1: Create Your Account
If you don't have an account with ExpressTruckTax, you will be prompted to create one and enter some basic business information, including your EIN, Business Name, and Business Address.

STEP 2: Enter Your Vehicle Information
Your information will be saved automatically in your TruckZone, making next year's filing easy.

STEP 3: Choose an IRS Payment Method
It's official the IRS is now accepting debit/credit cards! You can now pay 2290 with a credit card or debit starting this truck tax season. However, this is not your only option you can also send your heavy use tax to the IRS via check/money order, EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System), direct debit ( you will need your bank Account/Routing number).

STEP 4: Review and Transmit your return to the IRS
Before you transmit your return, you will be able to review it and make sure your VIN, EIN, and Payment information is correct. Once you are done looking over everything, click the Transmit button and it's off the IRS for processing.
