EzyKirana Delivery APPLICATION description
Stay home Order online
This is the delivery app for EzyKirana.
Citizens can now order groceries and other essential items from home and opt for home delivery / self-pickup, but only at a designated slot or time as given to them.
How does it work?
1. To buy items, Citizens would need to order items through the App.
2. The vendor would receive the order, pack it and upload the bill.
3. The bill is viewable by the citizen on the App.
4. The vendor would then give time slot for Pickup or Home delivery
5. Order is delivered through Self-Pickup or Delivery Agent and paid.
This also replaces the current process of calling / whatsapping the vendor, which makes the job of ordering & delivering more tedious for the vendors. .
The major advantages to vendors are NO QUEUES, ZERO WAIT TIME, EASE OF WORKING, HASTLE FREE DELIVERY and makes room for MORE PHYSICAL DISTANCING leading to organised delivery or pickup of essential items.
