After you press activation button (right top corner) the app will turn on in 10 sec. And will turn off according to the timer settings.
Choose colour of pulsation.
Set the timer to turn the app off.
Press to activate or deactivate sound of breathing.
"Nightlight" feature - it's just glow of screen without pulsation and sound of breath, which will turn off according to timer.
