This app is for our wonderful Fearless Movement Collective family to view their training programs and coaching for the week.

On this app, FMC members can:
- View their training programs for the week, with videos, photos and descriptions of each exercise
- Check in to their training session and record their session results instantly
- Film their exercise technique, then view it alongside correct demo videos. These videos instantly upload for Coach Bowie to view, give advice or any necessary corrections.
- View their coaching videos, recipes, coaching documents etc.
- Fill in a food diary or adherence chart
- Record and track nutrition habits, goals, lifestyle habits, body stats, activity levels and more.
- Take and save progress photos instantly, and view progress charts
- Communicate with FMC's coaches
