Feeling Good Teens

Feeling Good Teens is for 10 - 15-year-olds to develop self-esteem, resilience and goal focused motivation.

Feeling Good Teens has 11 tracks, of varying length from 3 minutes to 11 minutes. These age-appropriate relaxing audios combine positive psychology and Olympic Sports coaching techniques to build core non-cognitive skills, such as learning relaxation, developing an inner safe place, increasing self-confidence, and self-esteem. There is a sleep track and a short video to develop calm breathing too. Regular listening to the audio tracks builds inner mental strength, in much the same way as exercise builds muscle, so listening develops skills for life.

Feeling Good Teens is also part of the ‘Feeling Good with Positive Mental Training for Schools’ programme. Independent evaluation of this programme in 11- 13-year-old pupils (senior 1 year) in selected schools across the UK showed that those pupils participating in the programme were able to maintain their resilience compared to those not participating in the programme, who experienced a drop in resilience over the same time period.

Both pupils and teachers commented on the positive influence of the programme. 85% of pupils were able to identify benefits, such as being feeling calm and/or relaxed, more focus and concentration and being less stressed. “whenever you get upset or angry [the audios] just calm you down”. These teens tracks have been derived from our NHS accredited ‘Feeling Good; Positive Mindset’ App for adults, which contains the evidence-based, longer length Positive Mental Training tracks (in Feeling Good for Life module). Payment will be charged to Playstore Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
