FH Smart APPLICATION description
Fitness Heroes is a system of mobile apps for personal trainers and their clients! If your personal trainer uses Fitness Heroes app during workout - FH Smart is for you!
How does it work? A trainer enter all your training data in the system via his tablet in trainer’s app, and you can see the information on your smartphone:
- training diary
- statistics about each workout: number of exercises, sets and reps
- your achievements
- graph of your weight change
If your trainer is out of subject, it’s time to tell him about the Fitness Heroes.
