The key to nutritional, fitness and mental success lies in determination and motivation. You must decide WHY you are wanting to achieve your goals. Without the WHY, you will fail most of the time because goals are ultimately what drive people. For some of us, we are intrinsically motivated to reach those goals and for others of us we need that push to ultimately see that success. That is where I come in.
