Of course you can spend much less on an app that will give you some exercise programs and demo videos to guide you, they may even have a calendar and scheduler build it. But my app has ME built in. I only take 25 clients at a time online, and training with me means accountability and full support. I build custom programs which are delivered to you through the app. You can complete workouts on your own time at your home or at any gym. We will schedule monthly check-ins to discuss your progress, obstacles, and adjustments to your plan. And again, I'm a real person!
