Ever since it updated, my fitbit HR won't sync to my HTC One phone. I have tried several fixes, and haven't been able to come up with anything except to temporarily sync to my laptop, which only has one USB port so I can't just leave the USB plugged in and still do my work, and I can't check it or update it on the go; I don't consider this to be a good enough solution. I like fitbit because I can motivate myself to exercise, but I'm going to fall off the wagon if this doesn't get fixed soon.

It takes a long time to sync. The distances, steps and floors climbed (what use is that?) are always ridiculously high. Since the latest software update it can't be synced without having location turned on - why? I'd also like to be able to customise it more. On the plus side I wear it all the time as a watch and it's very unobtrusive. The sleep feature seems pretty accurate. The heart feature seems to work OK. Far from perfect.

I've heard that Fitbit is blocking these notifications, and my "bit notifications" no longer works, after I've paid for it. However, if you can't provide this service to us, what is the problem? Seems pretty peevish. There are so many fitness tracker bands on the market, which all have notifications as standard. You're lagging behind, Fitbit. There's no benefit to paying for a Fitbit when the competition is cheaper and better!

Fitbit wants location turned on to sync?? WTF for?? Reluctantly tried it & it still won't sync. Spent a lot of money for something that doesn't work. Any iPhone users want to buy a Charge hr? Seems like Fitbit is only interested in the Apple tree.

My daughter is almost 12 and wanted a Fitbit in order to compete with me for the most daily activity. For some reason, it's saying she's ineligible for an account?? Not sure if it's because of her age or not, but if it is, that's really stupid! Physical fitness should be encouraged at all ages. Hoping this isn't the case and it's something we're doing wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated. Would be nice if Fitbit had a tech support number I could call to get some help...

It's the little things like this that make me angry. It doesn't let me do anything because it says I have an incorrect date and time when I don't. Now stop ignoring your customers and fix the app. I am disappointed.

I spent a lot money for a tracker after careful research to find the best non-location tracking heart rate tracker. Fitbit, it is completely unacceptable that you now want me to turn on location services.

Charge HR - PROs Hourly Activity, step count, sleep tracker and silent alarm. CONs DURABILITY! Constantly glueing parts back on. This my replacement and it is falling apart just like the 1st one did. Battery only last 3 days at best. Needs to last 5-7 days or have an easier charging method. App is buggy/freezes. Charge cord is too short and proprietary. Will definitely not purchase another one. Will not recommend.

If you're running, and using phone's GPS, it would be understandable...but completely unnecessary otherwise. Do we get a check from fitbit for providing marketing data? Stay away from this company, and their shoddily built devices.

The tracker itself is great. But the app is pure garbage. In the 3 months I've been using the app, it went from great to barely useable. I can barely sync any activity, not all of my steps are being synced, and the app has poor communication with the tracker. Fitbit needs to fix these issues, because I love my tracker, but their app is an embarrassment.
