Get or stay in shape with FitTime Stats! FitTime Stats is a remarkable new app that reminds you to exercise for short periods of time throughout the day which avoids any need for a gym membership!
FitTime automatically alerts you to do a brief activity throughout the day. Exercises are simple, don't require equipment, will not make you sweat, can be done virtually anywhere! Set alerts for every half hour, every hour, or every 2 hours. Set length of activity from 15 seconds to two minutes. Set difficulty to any of 3 levels. Choose what time of day to start alerts and when to stop alerts. Get your 20 minutes a day done in one minute bursts!
