Five-O-Fitness

At Five-O-Fitness you will be trained individually or in a small group. The training is based on your goals and fitness level. We understand that everyone is at different fitness levels. We will customize your training based on your level and your goal. Trainer/Owner Gracie Lara is also the Lead Physical Training Instructor for the Tulare/Kings Police Academy. We can prepare anyone that is interested in joining the police academy. You will get the best training at a very reasonable price.
We are very strict with the results that we expect from our clients. We take pride in our reputation as fitness trainers and therefore will monitor your weight and body fat every two weeks. We care about you; not your money...so if you want a trainer that doesn't care about what you eat then we are NOT the trainer for you.

We offer sample eating plans that are used as a guide to help you learn how to eat; not how to diet!
