Tramar Dillard (born September 16, 1979, age 37 years) or better known as Flo Rida is a rapper from the United States. Born in Opa-locka, Florida, the stage name "Flo Rida" is taken from the name of the state from which he came. Grew up in Carol City, she was 15 years old when she became a member of rap group 2 Live Crew.
His name became known in a number of mixtapes, most notably the song "Bi *** I'm from Dade County" in We the Best by DJ Khaled which he made after being signed by Poe Boy Entertainment. First solo album, Mail on Sunday produced the single "Low" which ranks number one Billboard Hot 100 in early 2008.
